　道路に面した出入り口の方向から小鳥たちの賑やかな声が聞こえています。

小鳥たちが何んで騒いでいるのか解らないので見に行きました。

熟れたパパイヤにたくさんの小鳥たちが群がってピーチクパーチクギギギギャーギャーと賑やかです。

私が近づくと半数以上の小鳥は飛び去りますが逃げない小鳥たちもいます。

彼らの写真を写して机にもどると小鳥たちの鳴き声がまた賑やかになりました。

少し離れた木の陰から私が居なくなるのを見ていてパパイヤをついばみに舞い戻ってきたようです。

体重減前のウエットスーツを着ているのでウエイトを増やさないと沈みません。

沈む量のウエイトをつけると腰に負担がかかりすぎます。

　５㎜と６半のセパレートのウエットスーツのサイズを作り直してもらいます。

どのくらいの重量のウエイトが不要になるのでしょうか。

楽しみです。

　薬局の人が３人がかりで一生懸命　この薬　この薬ですか　と探してくれました。

そんな時に　あれ　あれだよ　という言い方はできません。

　店の人がレバミピド錠を見せてくれました。

眼鏡を読書用にかけなおして薬品名を確認して買いました。

薬剤師さんは親切に飲み方を書いてくれました。

朝食後、夕食後、寝る前に１錠飲むように書いてありました。

　私は胃酸過多です。

日本ではムコスタという名前でお世話になっていました。

もっか早食いを止めて噛む回数を多くする食べ方を練習しています。

油断すると噛んでいたものをすぐに飲み込んでしまいます。

６０回噛むのは大変ですね。

１００回噛むのは至難の業です。

食べ物が固形からペースト状に変わるまで噛んでいます。

若い時のように　胃に歯がある　という無謀な食べ方はできなくなりました。
