レジに並んでいるのは結構つらい。

時間の無駄だよね。

 Yesterday I was able to pay at the mall without waiting in line.

あさの散歩。 Morning walk.

 

　あさの散歩の帰り道でトマトとオクラを買いました。

トマトの酸味とセミハードチーズの相性がいいですね。

　オクラはオクラ納豆とぬか漬けにして食べています。

熱いご飯にオクラ納豆あいますよ。

 I bought tomatoes and okra on my way back from my morning walk.
The acidity of the tomatoes goes well with the semi-hard cheese.

 I eat the okra as okra natto and pickled in rice bran.
Okra natto goes well with hot rice.

ドライシーズンとはよく言ったものだ。 It's often said that the dry season is sunny, and rightly so.

ヨーグルトが残った瓶に牛乳を入れて一昼夜たつとヨーグルトが出来上がります。

　食事の前に果物とヨーグルトを食べる習慣が根付きました。

寝る前に小腹が減った時にも同じものを食べています。

I'm sterilizing them by boiling.
If you put milk into a jar with leftover yogurt and leave it overnight, the yogurt will be ready.

 I've developed a habit of eating fruit and yogurt before meals.
I also eat the same thing when I'm a little hungry before bed.

　豚の肩肉の塊（15ｃｍ立方）を二晩ブライン液に漬けました。

圧力鍋で１０分蒸しました。

肉は柔らかくホロホロです。

　スープをラーメンに使おうと思いました。

韓国の食品に押されてモールに日本の麺は見当たりません。

　円が対ドル１１０円位の時にはモールに日本人が歩いていました。

対ドル１６０円弱のいま韓国の観光客が多いですね。

　2025年12月で韓国の賃金水準は日本に比べ20％前後高くなっています。

製造業は日本より27．8％高賃金構造です。

　ボホール空港に韓国から直行便があることも要因かもしれません。
