ママレード

　土佐文旦を作っている農家の方のレシピをもとにこちらで売っているポメロ（文旦の改良前の原種）で時間を味方にしてママレードを作りました。

茹でた後の苦みを抜くのに一晩水に浸しました、時間を決めて何回も水を交換するよりも楽で気忙しさがありません。

香りがものすごくいいですね、涼しい香りが喉をぬけてゆきます。

この写真の５倍のママレードが出来たのでしばらくは楽しめます。

次回からはもっとポメロの皮を薄く々切るようにします。

グラニュー糖を使うと澄んだ色のママレードになりブラウンシュガーを使うとママレードの色が濃くなることが解りました。

酸味にはリンゴ酢よりレモンの搾り汁がいいようです。

ブラックベリーのジャムのように種子のブチブチがないので食べやすいですね。

トルテーヤの皮に塗ると腹にたまらないおやつになります。

There is a farmer who grows Tosa Buntan.

I made marmalade based on his recipe.

I used pomelo, the original species of Tosa Buntan.

It ended up with a very fragrant marmalade.

It was comfortable and no water got in it.
