　今日は血液検査をうけます。

朝はお腹が空いています。

水しか飲めません。

辛いです。

シャワーを浴びてから病院のラボへ向かいます。

　空は曇っています。

放射冷却がないせいで朝５時半の気温は２７℃です。

　明日はその結果をもって、３ヶ月の定期診察を受けます。

 I'm having a blood test today.
I'm hungry this morning.
I can only drink water.
It's tough.
I'll take a shower and then head to the hospital lab.

 The sky is cloudy.
Due to the lack of radiative cooling, the temperature at 5:30 AM is 27°C.

 Tomorrow I will hand it over to my primary doctor and have my three-month check-up.
