これはいい とてもいい

    ダイソーにコーヒーのフィルターを買いに行ったついでに椅子の脚のカバーを買いました。

椅子を動かすときは椅子を少し持ち上げて動かしていますが何かの拍子に椅子の脚と床材が触れると嫌な音をたてます。

　試しに椅子を持ち上げずに動かしましたがカバーのせいで床材の上を滑り嫌な音もたちませんでした。

ああー　こうして悪い習慣は生まれて行くんだなあ　という考えが浮かびました。

そしていつものように　足のカバーがあるから椅子の脚を滑らせなよ　誰も見ていないしそれを責める人もいないよ　という声が聞こえてきました。

この後どっちのやりかたを選ぶのか楽しみです。

 When I move a chair, I lift it up a bit before I move it.

If the chair legs accidentally touch the floor, it makes an unpleasant noise.

As an experiment, I tried moving the chair without lifting it.

The covers on the chair legs allowed it to slide across the floor without making an unpleasant noise.　

季節風がゆったりと吹いています

　北東の季節風がゆったりと吹いています。

午前十一時半の気温は２８℃です。

 The seasonal wind from the northeast is blowing lightly.

The temperature at 11:30 am is 28°C.

 I was going to a diving point named Hagdan at Panglao Island.

It was sunny and windy.

The seawater had good transparency and the temperature was 28 degrees Celsius.

夕食後に飲んでいます

　 先日、別のハーブティーを飲んでいることはここに書きました。

カモミールティーは食後・寝る前に飲んでいます。

これを飲まなくてても午後８時を過ぎると眠くなりますがこれを飲むと　とっても　眠たくなります。

今も安眠していますが　安眠　効果もあるようです。

胃腸に良いという事なので飲んでいます。

飲みだして二日目なので胃腸の効果は実感できません。

 The other day I wrote here that I'm drinking a different herbal tea.

I drink chamomile tea after meals and before going to bed.

Even without drinking this, I get sleepy after 8 p.m., but when I drink it, I become extremely sleepy.

I'm still sleeping soundly, and it has an effect on my sleep.

I'm drinking it because it's said to be good for the stomach and intestines.

It's only the second day since I started drinking it, so I can't really feel the effect on my stomach and intestines.

椰子の葉が海風に揺れています

　心地よい海風が吹いています。

椰子の葉が風に揺れているのを見るとスーッと肩の力が抜けてゆきます。

朝１０時の気温は２７℃です。

　昨日の夜はダイビングの疲れで午後９時から翌朝７時まで寝ました。

真夜中に足が攣りそうになり体操をしました。

 A pleasant sea breeze is blowing.

Watching the palm leaves swaying in the wind makes me feel relaxed.

The temperature at 10am is 27°C.

 I was so tired from diving last night that I slept from 9pm until 7am.

In the middle of the night, I felt like I was going to get a cramp in my leg, so I did some exercises.

ブラインドアイの方々の活動の場が広がっています

　モールに買い物に行くと音楽が聞こえてきました。

音のする方に行くと演奏しているのはブラインドアイの人たちでした。

タグビラランの港で演奏しているグループとは別のグループのようです。

立って演奏している人は立派なアンプを使っていました。

ブラインドアイのバンドがモールで演奏しているのを見るのは初めてです。

音量をあげた下手なうるさいだけのバンドは願い下げです。

ブラインドアイのバンドの演奏は心地よい何かがあります。

彼らの演奏の場がもっともっと広がることを祈ってチップボックスに紙幣を入れました。

 I heard music while shopping at the mall.

I went towards the sound and saw the band Blind Eye playing.

They were a different group from the one playing at the port of Tagbilaran.

Something was soothing about the Blind Eye band's music.
