パウンドケーキ。 The pound cake.

　パウンドケーキを焼くと後から入れたレーズンが下に沈んでしまうので困っていた。

今回材料の量を調節してレーズンが沈まなくなった。

たったこれだけのことだが嬉しいものだ。

今回はケーキにレモンチェロをたらして食べました。

今回の飲み物はコーヒーでした。

次回は紅茶にするつもりです。
