空が晴れていても急に雨が降りだします。

強く降ってすぐに止む雨です。

いつのまにか料理の間に皿や調理器具が洗えるようになりました。 Before I knew it, I was washing plates and utensils between cooking sessions.

　自分で料理しているうちにレシピがだんだん簡単になってきました。

煮込み料理以外は時間をかけなくなりました。

　トマトソースはイタリアとスペインの角切りのトマト缶を使っています。

前は人参のすりおろしと玉ねぎのみじん切りを入れていました。

今は玉ねぎのみじん切りだけを入れています。

パスタを茹でる前に玉ねぎを炒めてからトマトをいれます。

茹で上がったパスタに半分のトマトソースを使います。

　残りの半分は別の日にスープに入れています。

じゃがいものグラタンなど作った料理の使い回しができるようになりました。

料理の時間が短かくなり品数が増えました。

いつのまにか料理の間に皿や調理器具が洗えるようになりました。

 As I cooked for myself, my recipes gradually became easier.

 I use canned diced tomatoes from Italy and Spain for my tomato sauce.
I used to add grated carrot and chopped onion.
Now I just add chopped onion.
Before boiling the pasta, I sauté the onions and then add the tomatoes.
I use half of the tomato sauce with the boiled pasta.

 I add the other half to the soup on another day.
I've been able to reuse dishes I've made, like potato gratin.
Cooking time has shortened, and the variety of dishes has increased.

マンガの公設市場。 Manga Public Market.

　今住んでいるウブハンは海沿いの町です。

そこにはマンガという大きな漁港があります。

きょうは朝早くマンガの公設市場に行ってきました。

クリスマスなので開いている店は全体の半分でした。

　生シラスと小イカを買いました。

小イカは大好物です。

それは柔らかいのでカラマリにしてもパスタにいれてもおいしいんです。

　朝食に生シラスのパスタを作りました。

透明な生シラスをたっぷり々入れてパスタの余熱で生シラスが白くなってからしょうが汁・粉チーズ・お醤油少々で食べました。

鎌倉で食べてた釜揚げシラスのパスタはおいしかったんですが量が足りませんでした。

　魚やイカや野菜のフリット（揚げ物）を考えています。

揚げたてを塩とレモンで食べる幸せを味わいたいと思っています。

 I bought some raw whitebait and small squid.
Small squid is my favorite.
They're soft, so they taste good with calamari or pasta.

 I made raw whitebait pasta for breakfast.
I added plenty of transparent raw whitebait, and after the whitebait turned white from the residual heat of the pasta, I ate it with ginger juice, powdered cheese, and a little soy sauce.
The steamed whitebait pasta I had in Kamakura was good, but the portion was too small.

 I suggest making fritters (fried food) with fish, squid, and vegetables.
I want to experience the joy of eating freshly fried food with salt and lemon.

　買い物に行きました。

店内はものすごい混雑でした。

年末と年始は朝一番に買い物をするしかないようです。

The only way to shop at the end of the year and the beginning of the year is first thing in the morning.

　買い物から帰って来て手を洗っていると雨が激しく降り出しました。

こんな事ってあるんだね、ラッキーと思いました。

得をした気分です。

既成の曲を変にアレンジしている曲は聞きにくいですね。

レイコニッフとジョニジェイムスはオーセンチックで聞きやすいですね。

 I play Christmas songs through the speakers so people taking a bath in the sea can hear them.
I find it hard to listen to songs that are strange arrangements of existing songs.
Reiconniff and Joni James are authentic and easy to listen to.

片栗粉。 Starch of dogtooth violet.

　探していたポテトスターチを見つけました。

片栗粉の代わりに使います。

こちらの通販で売っていますが販売の単位が1ｋｇなので買っても使い切れません。

片栗粉の市販品は性質のよく似たジャガイモの澱粉を使っています。

日本でカタクリは絶滅危惧種です。

炭焼きをしなくなったので木の伐採がなくなり里山が荒れた結果です。

　カタクリの花は日光の光徳で見ました。

温泉に入りに行った時です。

この温泉は源泉から湯船に湯を入れています。

水圧のせいでしょうか源泉が湯船に入る時に湯の中に硫黄の湯の華が咲きました。

この硫黄泉に入るとタオルも身体も硫黄臭くなります。

 I saw dogtooth violets in Koutoku, Nikko.
This was when I went to take a hot spring bath.
This hot spring fills the tub with its own water.
Perhaps it's the spring pressure, but as the spring entered the tub, sulfurous flowers bloomed.
When I bathed in this sulfurous spring, my towel and body would smell of sulfur.
