退院後の検診。　　Checkup after discharge.

　退院後１週間が過ぎました。

検診に主治医のところに行きました。

回復の経過は良好です。

咳が全くでなくなりました、血圧は正常です。

薬の計画表を作ってくれました。

次の診察は１ヶ月後です。

最近ズボンのすその長さが気になっています。 Lately, I've been worried about the length of my pants.

少し長いんです。

スラックスはのびません。

という事は身長が縮んでいるんですね。

何センチくらい縮んだんだろう。

まあ仕方のない事です。

朝から気持ちよく晴れています。　　It's been a pleasantly sunny morning.

　朝から気持ちよく晴れています。

南寄りの心地よい風が吹いています。

青空を見ると体を動かしたくなります。

朝９時の気温は２８℃です。

ぬか床を冷蔵庫から出してひと月が過ぎました。　 It's been a month since I took the rice bran pickle bed out of the refrigerator.　

　ぬか床を冷蔵庫から出してひと月が過ぎました。

一日に二回ぬか床をかき回しています。

糠漬けの味がまろやかになりました

ぬか床の匂いが変わりました。

糠漬けの匂いが薄くなり良い香りがします。

　朝漬けた野菜は夕方に取り出して食べます。

夜漬けた野菜は翌朝食べます。

野菜を取り出すたびにかき回しているのでぬかのあぶらで右手の艶がよくなりました。

I stir the rice bran bed twice a day.
The pickles' taste has become milder.
The smell of the rice bran bed has changed.
The smell of the rice-borne pickles has become weaker, and it smells nice.

I take out and eat the vegetables I pickle in the morning and in the evening.
I eat the vegetables I pickle at night, the next morning.
Because I stir it every time I take out the vegetables, the rice bran oil has made the back of my right hand shiny.

KB家のママレード。 KB's marmalade.

　 KB家のママレードと私の作ったママレードを交代に食べています。

KB家のそれは夏みかんで作られていて雑味のない洗練された味です。

自作のそれは現地産の文旦・ポメロが原料です。

ママレードをとる容器の場所により味が変わります。

自分では丁寧に作ったつもりですが皮付きの果肉があって雑味があります。

仕方がありません・・・

　隣の漁港に水浴びに来る人を目当てにお店が開店しました。

こちらの方は3in1のコーヒーが大好きです。

インスタントコーヒー・砂糖・粉末ミルクが袋に入っています。

日本のコーヒー牛乳を温かくしたような味です。

コーヒーのお客さんはあまり見かけません。

屋台でイカゲソを油で揚げたテンプラを皆さんよく食べています。
