今朝はポメロを半分いただきました。 This morning I had half a pomelo.

　爽快な甘さのこのポメロと言う名の文旦が大好きです。

大きさは直径１５cmくらいでしょうか。

ポイメロを一つ食べてしまうとお腹に結構たまります。

　コーヒーを飲みながらこのブログを書いています。

ブログを書き終えたら朝ごはんにします。

 I love this mandarin orange, known as pomelo, and it has a refreshing sweetness.

It's about twice the size of my fist.

It's about 15cm in diameter.

Eating one pomelo fills me up quite a bit.

I'm writing this blog while drinking coffee.

I'll have breakfast when I finish writing this blog.

いま、このアプリの使い方を勉強しています。 I am currently practice how to use this app.

　何度もスマホの文字入力が上手くできなことはこのブログに書きました。

タブレットのタッチペンを使った文字入力はあまり効率が良くありません。

　スマホ・タブレットPC・Chromebookの操作をWindows11で出来て、スマホ・タブレットPC・ChromebookからWindows11にアクセスできるアプリの操作を今確認しているところです。

　いま使っている器機はWindows11・１台、スマホ・２台、タブレットPC・１台、Chromebook・１台の計5台です。

各器機の画面をミラーリングして操作して情報を５台の中で共有出来たら各器機の使い勝手も良くなり操作時間も短縮されます。

　記憶装置として1T(1テラバイト・1000メガバイト)の外付けのハードディスクを２台・メインとバックアップで使っていますが器機間でミラーリングが出来るであれば更に使い勝手が良くなるかもしれません。

　ざっくり言えば

いま使っている器機はWindows11・１台、スマホ・２台、タブレットPC・１台、Chromebook・１台の計5台の各器機から相互操作ができるようになります。

　前にNASU(インターネットでアクセスできる記憶装置)を使いましたがアクセスがWindows11PCに限定されていたので有効利用できませんでした。

　GLIDEXを使い慣れたらもう少し易しい言葉で解りやすい説明ができると思います。

少し勉強をする時間をください。

 As I have mentioned on this blog, I struggle to type properly on my smartphone.

Using a tablet's stylus for typing is not very efficient.

 Currently, I am checking the operation of apps that can access Windows 11 on my smartphone, tablet PC, and Chromebook.

 I currently use five devices: one Windows 11 computer, two smartphones, one tablet PC, and one Chromebook.

If I could mirror and operate the screens of each device and share information between them, it would improve usability and reduce operating time.

 I use two 1 TB (1 terabyte, 1000 megabytes) external hard drives for storage, one as the main drive and one as a backup. However, if I could mirror the devices, this would be even more convenient.

 Roughly speaking

I will be able to operate the five devices mutually: one Windows 11 device, two smartphones, one tablet PC, and one Chromebook.

 I have used a NAS (Network-Attached Storage) device before, but access was limited to Windows 11 PCs, so I was unable to make effective use of it.

 Once I am familiar with GLIDEX, I will be able to explain it more simply.

Please give me some time to practice more.

初めて完熟のパパイヤに巡り合いました。This was my first time coming across a fully ripe papaya.

冷蔵庫で一晩冷やしてから食べました。

すっきりとした甘さです。

鼻に抜ける香りがいいですね。

写真は半分に切ったものです。

一本食べると結構なボリュームがあります。

目玉焼きを食べてコーヒー・ケーキで満足です。

　朝起きがけに冷たい果物を食べるのが楽しみです。

朝の行動に定着しました。

あさ果物を食べると身体からもやっとしたものがぬけて身体に芯が入りすっきりします。

コーヒーの薬物的なすっきり・覚醒とは別の感覚です。

I ate it after chilling it overnight in the fridge.

The aroma that wafts through my nose is lovely.

When I eat one of them, I feel quite satisfied.

I'm satisfied with a fried egg, coffee, and cake.

 I look forward to eating cold fruit when I wake up.

It's now a part of my morning routine.

When I eat fruit in the morning, the heavy stuff is cleared from my body, and I feel refreshed and energized.

It's a different feeling from the drug-like refreshing awakening that coffee gives me.

せみ時雨。 The sound of cicadas.

　せみ時雨と言っても藤沢周平さんの　蝉時雨　のように格調の高いものではありません。

　ボホールに住んで一番驚いたのはセミの鳴き声が聞こえない事でした。

緑が豊かであちこちに林があるのに蝉の声を聴いた事がありませんでした。

はじめに住んだトロピックスの近くでも２番目に住んだウブハンでもセミの声を聴くことはありませんでした。

　ある日少し離れた林からセミの鳴き声が聞こえたような気がしました。

近くの林を何か所か回りましたが蝉は鳴いていませんでした。

　暫くするとまた少し離れた林からセミの鳴き声が聞こえたような気がしました。

原因が解りました。

私の耳鳴りのせいでした。

今まで耳鳴りを経験したことがないので　ジー　チー　が低く断続的に続く耳鳴りをせみ時雨と勘違いしました。

　耳鳴りがする日としない日があります。

午前にすることもあるし午後にすることもあります。

天候には関係がないようです。

ノイズレスヘッドホンのせいかなと思い使うのを止めましたが関係はありませんでした。

耳鳴りは夜寝るときの静かなシーンと言う音とは別に　ジー　チー　が断続的に続きます。

耳鳴りがしても耳が痛んだり頭が痛んだりすることはありません。

 What surprised me most about living in Bohol was not hearing the chirps of the cicadas.

Even though it's lush green and there are woods everywhere, I've never heard a cicada.

I never heard a cicada near the Tropics, where I first lived, or in Ubuhan, where I lived second.

 One day, I thought I heard a cicada chirp from the woods a little distance away.

I walked around several nearby forests, but there were no cicada chirps.

 I found out the cause.

It was because of my tinnitus.

I'd never experienced tinnitus before, so I mistook the low, intermittent ringing in my ears for a cicada chirp.

 Some days I have tinnitus and some days I don't.

Sometimes it's in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon.

It doesn't seem to be related to the weather.

I thought it might be because of the noiseless headphones, so I stopped using them, but it turned out not to be related.

Tinnitus is separate from the quiet sound I hear when I go to sleep at night.

The tinnitus doesn't cause any ear or head pain.
