植木に水をやって汗だくになったのでシャワーを浴びてコーヒーとトーストを腹に入れました。
セブ島に沈む強い西日が差しています。
午後５時の気温は３０℃です。

After watering the plants, I was drenched in sweat, so I took a shower and had some coffee and toast.
