公徳心。Public morality.

 

　公徳心とは、

社会の一員として公共の利益や秩序を重んじ、

他者に迷惑をかけず、

社会生活を円滑にするために自らを律する精神・心。

　最近、夜遅くなっても音量を下げずに歌を歌っている人がいる。

ビサヤ語で公徳心はなんというのだろうか。

　カラオケを買ったばかりの家が多いようだ。

自分の持っている物事を他人に　ひけらかす・みせびらかす　という行為は　卑しい・みっともない　行為だ。

　自分の姓名・名誉を大切にするフィリピーノにあるまじき行為ではないだろうか。

卑しい・みっともない行為だ　ということを知っていながら行っているのであれば自己を規制することの出来ない恥ずかしい人間という事になる。

この場をかりてあなた達に音量と時間の管理を再度お願いする。

　クリスマスシーズンになったからでしょう。

おいしい霜降りのステー肉を売っていました。

少し買いだめしました。

　肉の筋切を忘れましたが柔らかいので満足しています。

塩と胡椒をシンプルにふって焼くとおいしいですね。

野菜の量を増やして飽和脂肪酸の対策をしています。

　きょうで今年の検査と診察がすべて終了しました。

血液検査ですべて正常値の結果がでました。

薬を飲んで療養します。

薬の服用量が減ったので身体もやっと発病前の状態に戻りました。

　来年の２月に診察と血液の検査を受けます。

更に３月には１２時間心電図と診察があります。

　診察・検査に行くと順調に行っても半日がつぶれます。

私は病院で待つ時間が苦痛でなりません。

長く待って疲れたときには  I don't fell like good now. I'll come back here next week.　といって帰るすべも学びました。

暫くはのんびりと住まいで寛ぎ年を越します。

診察を受けると医師のヒアリングに神経を使ってくたくたになっていました。

PCの翻訳ツールを使うようになってからヒアリングが格段に楽になりました。

Chromebookで公共のWIFIを使わずに翻訳アプリを使う事が出来るようになりました。

少しの工夫で生活ががらりと変わりました。

During my examination, I was exhausted from stressing over what the doctor was saying. 

Since I started using a translation tool on my PC, listening has become so much easier. 

I can now use translation apps on my Chromebook without using public Wi-Fi. 

With a bit of ingenuity, my everyday life has changed completely.

夜明け前の寒さで風邪をひくと面倒なので夏掛けの掛布団を出しました。

雨は降り止まず雨だれの音を数えながら眠りました。

　あさは雨だれの音で目を覚ましました。

雨は一晩中降り続いたようです。

夏掛けは足元に丸まっていました。

朝５時の気温は２５℃でした。

朝から小雨が降っています。

朝９時の気温は２５℃でした。

ヨーグルト。 Yogurt.

 

　いつも食べるたびにカスピ海ヨーグルトは便利だなあと思う。

容器をレンジで消毒して牛乳を入れてヨーグルトの粉末を入れて台所に置いておけば２４時間たたずに出来上がる。

容器を傾けて液体でなく固まっていれば出来上がりだ。

　食後の果物はやめて久しい。

食前にフルーツサラダとして食べている。

今日はポメロ1/4 とマンゴウ１個だ。

量があるので果物をたべた気がする。

　ヨーグルトを作るヨーグルトメーカーで温泉卵を作っている。

温度設定が出来るので出来不出来がない。

茹で卵はレンチンしている。

W数と時間を調整して黄味が柔らかい茹で卵が出来るようになった。
