　クリスマスシーズンになったからでしょう。

おいしい霜降りのステー肉を売っていました。

少し買いだめしました。

　肉の筋切を忘れましたが柔らかいので満足しています。

塩と胡椒をシンプルにふって焼くとおいしいですね。

野菜の量を増やして飽和脂肪酸の対策をしています。

I stocked up on some.

 I forgot to cut the sinews into it, but I'm happy with how soft it is.
It tastes good grilled with a simple sprinkling of salt and pepper.

I'm eating more vegetables to reduce saturated fatty acids.
