見れば見るほどわからなくなります。

　今私は４６メソッドでコーヒーを淹れています。

素人の私が淹れてもコーヒーの味がぶれません。

　４６メソッドはコーヒーを淹れる世界大会で優勝した粕谷さんが生み出しました。

コーヒー豆の挽き目・注ぐ湯の温度・注ぐ湯の量を数値化してあります。

 Currently, I brew coffee using the 46 Method.

Even though I'm an amateur, the coffee tastes consistent.

 The 46 Method was created by Kasuya, who won the World Coffee Brewing Championship.

It quantifies the grind of the coffee beans, the water temperature, and the amount of water to pour.

ラーメンの麺は固茹でだった。The ramen noodles were hard-boiled.

　こちらで買った"ラーメンの袋"にはアラビア文字が書いてありました。

その麺でソース焼きそばをつくりました。

硬い麺は嫌いではありませんがこれは硬すぎます。

焼きそばに使うには蒸すか湯がいてから使ったほうがよさそうです。

　最近はラーメンよりうどんです。

HBでうどんを捏ねて冷蔵庫で一晩寝かせます。

パスタマシンを使うより手で延ばして切ったほうが簡単で時短です。

うどんは温かくしても冷してもおいしいですね。

丸亀うどんの真似をして野菜やイカ・エビ・魚の天ぷらをうどんの上にのせています。

　通販でおいしそうなうどん粉を売っていました。

他のものと一緒にこちらに送ってもらいます。

 The "packet of ramen" I bought here had Arabic writing on it.
I used the noodles to make sauce yakisoba.
I don't dislike hard noodles, but these were too hard.
Steaming or boiling them before using them for yakisoba is best.
 Lately, I've been eating udon more than ramen.
I knead the udon in a bread machine and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
It's easier and quicker to roll out and cut it by hand than to use a pasta machine.
Udon is good both warm and cold.
I imitate Marugame Udon and top my udon with vegetables, squid, shrimp, and fish tempura.
 I found some tasty-looking udon flour for sale online.
I'll have it sent here along with the other things.

Tシャツとショートパンツでは少し寒いのでスラックスと長袖を着ています。

大潮の干潮。 Low tide during spring tide.

 

　大潮の干潮の港です。

近所の人たちは干潟で貝を拾っています。

朝６時の気温は２４℃です。

 This is the harbor at low tide during a spring tide.

Local people are collecting shells on the tidal flats.

The temperature at 6am is 24°C.

熟れ過ぎはだめ。 Overripe mangoes are not good.

　マンゴーは熟れすぎないように３個づつ買っています。

冷やした甘いマンゴーと冷たいプレーンヨーグルトはあいますね。

朝食べています。

これが旨いんですよ。

 I buy three at a time so they don't get too ripe.
Chilled, sweet mango goes well with cold plain yogurt.
I eat this as soon as I wake up.
It's good.

日が照って暑くなった。The sun shines bright, and the temperature is rising.

    

　午後二時から日が照りだしました。

湿度８７％で気温は３０℃です。

暑い々・・・

肌寒いので寒暖計を見ると外気温は２６℃でした。

　追伸

１１時を過ぎて雨が本降りになりました。

コーラが好きな私ですが飲む気になりません。

コーヒーは３杯のみました。

I like Coke, but I don't like drinking now.
