 I was going to a diving point named Hagudan at Panglao Island.

It was sunny and windy.

The seawater had good transparency and the temperature was 28 degrees Celsius.

It was sunny and windy.

The seawater had good transparency and the temperature was 28 degrees Celsius.

えっ 甘くないじゃん

　TOKOのケーキから甘さ消えているので驚きました。

あの甘さの上に甘さを上塗りしたフィリピンの味はどこに行ったのでしょうか。

砂糖は甘味は肥満に良くない　という認識が広がってきたのでしょうか。

男女を問わず皆さんはふくよかな体格をしています、太り過ぎという言い方もあります。

この国の死因の１位は虚血性心疾患です。

冠動脈が詰まり突然死を迎える病気のようです。

原因は肥満・高血圧・高脂血症にあるようです。

野菜をあまり食べない彼等の食生活が原因かもしれません。

話がそれました。

　私にはこのケーキは大きすぎました。

１／５くらい食べ残しました。

お店の人に　このケーキはおおきいですね　ごめんなさいね　全部食べられませんでした　と言い訳をして店を出ました。

 I was surprised to see the sweetness disappear from TOKO's cakes.

Where is that Filipino taste of sweetness on top of sweetness?

This cake was too big for me.

I left about 1/5 of it uneaten.

I made an excuse to the waiter that this cake was big and I was sorry I couldn't have to eat it all.

朝８時の気温は２６℃です。

A refreshing breeze is blowing.

The temperature in the morning at 8am is 26 degrees Celsius.

ダイビングから帰ってきました

　ダイビングから戻り身体をきれいに洗ってコーヒーを飲んでいると雨が降ってきました。

洗濯物は湿気があるので取り込むのを止めました。

午後3時の気温は２７℃です。

夜は２５℃位まで下がりそうなので夏掛けを出しました。

I returned from diving, washed my body, and had a coffee when it started raining.

The laundry was damp so I decided not to bring it in.

The temperature at 3pm was 27°C.

The temperature is going to reach around 25°C at night, so I brought out my summer blankets.

　気象衛星の画像を見ると雲があります。

ちょっとぐずつくかもしれませんね。

　コニー・フランシスのバケイションを聞きながらいろいろな事を考えました。

何年くらい前の歌なんだろう　げっ　６２年前の歌かい。

俺以外にこの曲を選んで聞いている奴はいないだろうな。

We're on vacationって歌ってるけど、俺たちの世代は We're long vacationに入ってしまったよな。

Long vacationにお別れして現し世からいなくなった友人も知人も増えて来たなあ。

そんな事を思っているうちに歌が終わったのでもう一度聞き直しました。

Many thoughts came to mind while listening to Connie Francis' "Vacation."

I wonder how old this song is? Wow, it's 62 years ago.

I'm sure there's no one else who chooses to listen to this song.

The song says "We're on vacation," but our generation has entered "We're long vacation."

More and more friends and acquaintances have said goodbye to their long vacation and are no longer with this world.

While I was thinking about these things, the song ended, so I listened to it again.
