歯磨きにコルゲートとシステマをかわるがわる使っています。
歯を磨いたあとに物を食べるとまずいですね。
果物は甘みと酸味が感じられません。
ご飯も味噌汁も味が変わります。
”歯磨き粉の成分や清涼感が口からなくなるまで、歯磨き後30分ほど時間を空けるか、よくうがいをしてから飲食するのが良いでしょう。”
という指摘があります。
いつも歯磨き粉の添加物をなんとかしてくれと思いながら歯を磨いています。
