初めてボホールに来た日。 The day I first arrived in Bohol.

2008/07/11に初めてボホールに来た時の写真です。

１８年以上まえのNECのスマホの映像です。

　２００８年２月から非常勤を半年しました。

毎週月曜に出社して火曜から土曜はゲレンデに泊まり込みで滑っていました。

ヘッドのマグナムはいい板でした。

５月の中旬から昼はゴルフ夜は酒の生活が続きました。

同年の７月に非常勤を１年更新の要請を受けましたが断って休暇を清算してボホールに来ました。

　ダイビングの１か月留学を隔月で３回したあとボホールに住みました。

住んだ原因はアレルギーです。

ボホールにいる間はアレルギー反応が起きません。

日本に戻り１週間経つとアレルギー反応が始まりました。

主治医と相談し植生と空気が変わる転地療法は有効の言を得ました。

　リタイアメントカードの手続きはUNIONBANKのバンカーにお願いしました。

自分でとったのは無犯罪証明書だけです。

 While organizing my SD cards, I came across some nostalgic photos on a microSD card. 

They were taken during my very first visit to Bohol on July 11, 2008. 

The photos show the Bohol Tropics resort as it looked before its renovation, all captured on an NEC smartphone from over 18 years ago.

 Back in February 2008, I started working as a part-time consultant on a six-month contract. 

Every Monday I would go into the office, but I spent the rest of the week—from Tuesday through Saturday—staying at a ski resort and enjoying time on the slopes. 

My Head Magnum skis were an absolute favorite of mine. From mid-May onward, my daily routine shifted to playing golf during the day and enjoying a few drinks in the evening. In July of that year, I was asked to renew my consultant contract for another year.

 Instead, I declined, used up my remaining leave, and headed straight to Bohol.

 After completing three separate month-long diving trips—each spaced a month apart—I finally decided to move to Bohol for good. 

The main reason for my relocation was my allergies. Surprisingly, I experienced absolutely no allergic symptoms while in Bohol.

 However, within a week of returning to Japan, those reactions would always start up again. 

When I consulted my doctor, he confirmed that "climate therapy"—changing one's environment, including the local vegetation and air—can be a highly effective solution.

 To get everything sorted out, I asked a banker at UnionBank to handle the procedures for my retirement card. 

The only document I had to obtain by myself was my certificate of no criminal record.
