打ち粉は強力粉です。

　さぬきの夢 といううどん粉を初めて使いました。

黄色味をおびたおいしいうどんになりました。

喉越しがつるっとしているような気がしました。

　出汁には醤油とみりんをつかいます。

素麺の時のように砂糖は入れません。

　きのうのかけうどんの具はイカの天麩羅でした。

かき揚げを作りたかったんですがスーパーが休みで野菜が買えませんでした。

うどんと一緒に糠漬けを食べました。

ニコニコでした。
