5/18に荷物を日本で発送しています。
私の住んでいるタグビララン市の郵便局から荷物到着の連絡は5/24にありました。
7、8年前は日本を出てから荷物が届くまで2~3週間かかっていました。
荷物の到着が早くなりました。
今回コーヒー豆の焙煎度をミディアムにしました。
前回の焙煎度シナモンと比べて味がどう変わるか楽しみです。
私の淹れているメソッドは浅煎りで湯温93℃です。
中煎りで湯温88℃ですから5℃下がります。
楽しみです。
納豆作りは何十回もトライしましたがうまくゆきませんでした。
納豆菌の種類をかえました。
大豆を買いに行ったら 売り切れよ と言われました。
前途多難な予感がします。

I changed the roast level of my coffee beans to medium this time.
I'm looking forward to seeing how the taste changes compared to the previous cinnamon roast.
My brewing method uses a light roast with a water temperature of 93°C.
For a medium roast, the water temperature is 88°C, so it's 5°C lower.

I've tried making natto dozens of times, but it never worked.
I changed the type of natto bacteria I used.
When I went to buy soybeans, the shopkeeper told me they were sold out.
I expect this will be a difficult process.
