鶏の丸蒸しは圧力鍋を使って頻繁につくります。
鍋に残った水は鶏スープに使います。
手羽と腿は熱いうちに塩をふってレモンを絞って食べます。
我が家の特製の鶏の丼があります。
御飯の上にごま油を使ったキャベツのコールスローをのせてその上に味噌ダレをからめた鶏肉と口直しのトマトをたくさんのせます。
全部食べるにはズボンのベルトをゆるめないといけません。
