　１０ヶ月ぶりに潜りました。

しばらくはボートの下の浅場で身体を慣らします。　

　バンガボートからエントリーした水深５ｍの砂地にヤマブキハゼがいました。

少しずつ近づいてかわいいエビの巣作りの様子を楽しみました。

２匹のエビが交代で巣の中の砂や小石を外に運び出す様子は微笑ましく、頬が緩みます。

あなたも機会があればぜひその光景をご覧になってください。

あなたの眉間の縦皺は間違いなく消えるでしょう。

 I went diving for the first time in 10 months.
I spent some time getting used to the water in the shallow area below the boat.

 Right where I entered from the banga boat, I found a spotted prawn-goby on the sandy bottom at a depth of 5 meters.

I slowly approached and enjoyed watching the cute shrimp as they built their nest.
It was heartwarming to see the two shrimp taking turns carrying sand and pebbles out of the nest; it brought a smile to my face.
If you ever have the chance, you should definitely see this sight.
It will surely make your frown lines disappear.
