書こうか書くまいか迷いました。
同年齢の皆様の予防になればと思い書くことにしました。
10/23の退院後の身体も言語も日常生活に支障ありません。
今迄の様に散歩、ラジオ体操、ストレッチをしています。
回復してくれた身体に感謝しています。
病院の薬を飲みながら血栓を溶かす納豆を食べています。
予兆は手の痺れとこわばりでした。
シャワーから上がってバスタオルで身体を拭いていると右手の力が抜けて一瞬クラッとしました。
目を閉じました。
何回繰り返しても右目だけ閉じることが出来ませんでした。
計量カップで水を飲むと右の唇の端から水が漏れました。
困ったなと思いました。
何故かわかりませんが隣の港の景色が見たくなりました。
めまいもふらつきもないので散歩を４０分しました。
散歩中に鼻歌を歌い呂律がまわらない事に気が付きました。
頭の中ははっきりとしていますが歌うと舌がまわりません。
部屋に戻ってから大きなザボンを半分食べましたが咀嚼が上手くできませんでした。
コーヒーを淹れて飲みました。
コーヒーカップ位の飲み口のRがあれば右の唇の端から液体がこぼれることはありませんでした。
洗濯物を干すのを止めました。
線香をたてて神仏に祈りベッドに横になりました。
翌朝右手の力は正常に戻り右目も閉じられるようになりました。
病院に行き強制入院させられました。
フィリピンの多くの医師はアメリカで医療を学んでいます。
医療のシステムもアメリカ式です。
４日間広い個室に入り点滴を受けながら検査を受けました。
最初の検査のCTスキャンで脳に血栓はありませんでした。
翌日から医師は原因を突き止めるためありとあらゆる検査をしました。
血圧、糖尿病、腎臓、肝臓、心臓、頚椎、頸動脈、血液等全て正常でした。
私の身体の機能が回復しているので脳神経の医師は退院を許可しました。
心臓の専門医は私の心臓に不整脈がありそのため微細な血栓が生まれていると判断したようです。
２４時間の心電図、前立腺肥大検査の話が出たので退院し通院治療に切り替えました。
保険なしで治療を受けました。
カードで支払いましたが私が思っていた何倍も々高額でした。
こちらの病院は完全看護ではありません。
付き添いが必要です。
入院時から点滴をしているので動きが制限されます。
付き添い（朝８時から午後６時まで）の手配をしてくれた喫茶店のマネージャーのチェビーには言葉に表せない感謝をしています。

Since being discharged from the hospital, it has not interfered with my daily life at all.
I am grateful that my body has recovered.
I have been taking walks, doing radio exercises, and stretching.
