天気がいいので空の色が水に映えてリゾート気分満点です。

舗装面のコンクリートを剝がしたのででこぼこ道です。

　アロナビーチに日本語の看板は一つもありません。

アルファベットとハングル文字と中国文字が並んでいます。

欧米人と韓国人と中国人で90％です。

日本人は見かけませんでした。

　物価高と高額な税・社会保険料をむしり取られては人は旅行もできません。

メキシコは人の派遣を法律で禁止しました。

戦後８０年間選挙の投票先を有権者が誤った結果が今現れています。

TV・新聞を含めたメディアは本当のことを報道しません。

憲法が改正されて選挙が出来なくなってから気が付いても手遅れですよ。

90% of the people are Westerners, Koreans, and Chinese.

I didn't see any Japanese people.

　散歩の途中でこの白い小さな可憐な花を見ると立ち止まって見てしまいます。

 Whenever I walk and see these small, delicate white flowers, I always stop and look at them.

　椰子の鉢植えをベランダに出して代わりにベンジャミンの鉢植えを置きました。

ベンジャミンに新芽が次々に伸びて古い葉が落ちて新し若緑の葉に変わりました。

新し若緑の葉はすべすべしてつやつやしています。

こんな事があるのかなあ　と不思議な出来事に出会った気持ちです。

 I moved the potted palm tree onto the verandah and put a potted benjamin tree in its place.

New buds are growing on that one after another, and the old leaves are falling off to be replaced by new, young, green leaves.

The new, young green leaves are smooth and shiny.

I felt like I had encountered a mysterious event, wondering if something like this could really happen.

　熟れたパイナップルを買ってきました。

一晩冷蔵庫で冷やして翌朝食べました。

前回のパイナップルに比べると甘さの中に酸味があります。

おいしかった、満腹です。

コーヒーを飲んで一休みしました。

　最近蚊に刺されなくなりました。

歳をとったからもう前のようにおいしい血ではなくなったのかな。

血液の質が変わったのかなあ。

等々と思いました。

　つくづく自分自身を面倒くさい男だなあ　と思いました。

蚊に刺されれば騒ぐし刺されなくなると考えるし・・・

建設的に味噌汁を作りに立ち上がりました。

 I bought a ripe pineapple.

I chilled it in the refrigerator overnight and ate it the next morning.

 I really thought to myself, what a troublesome man I am.

I make a fuss when I get bitten by mosquitoes, but I also think about how to stop getting bitten...

I got up to make miso soup so I could do something useful.

アンドロイドタブレット。The android tablet.

　アンドロイドタブレットのタッチ画面対応機種にブルートースの外付けのキーボードとマウスを付けて使いやすさを試してみました。

　外付けのキーボードでの文字入力は無理ですね。

キーボードの反応が遅かったり早かったり作動不良です。

マウスのカーソルもきょろきょろして使い物になりません。

タッチペンで操作するととてもスムースに進みます。

　旅行はアンドロイドタブレット+タッチペン。

普段はWindows11とChromebookを併用して使ってゆきます。

 I attached an external Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to a touch-screen compatible Android tablet to test out ease of use.

It's impossible to type on the external keyboard.

The keyboard's response is sometimes slow and sometimes quick, and it doesn't work properly.

The mouse cursor also moves around a lot and is unusable.

Operation with the stylus is much smoother.

When traveling, I will use an Android tablet + stylus.

I am usually using them together with Windows 11 and a Chromebook.

水道は加圧式です、電気温水器も電気が無いと使えません。

ChromeBookの使い勝手。 Usability of Chromebook.

　ChromeBookのPC使い始めました。

作動はスムースです。

マウスを使ってもカーソルは素直に滑らかに対応します。

カーソルの作動が悪いと操作が進みません。

　アンドロイド対応のタブレットとスマホを一元管理できます。

旅行に行く時に入国する国のRQコードをChromeBookのPCのドライブに保存するとアンドロイド対応のタブレットとスマホにも保存されます。

私はスマートフォンの指入力が出来ません、大助かりです。

私はタッチパッドの操作が不得手です。

ChromeのPCのキーボードにはDELLキーがありません。

検索キー+バックスペースキーで代用しています。

文字入力で確定後の再変換が出来ないので今代用のキーを探しています。

 I started using a Chromebook PC.

Operation is smooth.

Even when using a mouse, the cursor responds smoothly and obediently.

If the cursor does not work well, operations will not proceed.

 Chromebook allows centralized management of Android-compatible tablets and smartphones.

If I save the RQ code of the country I am entering on the Chromebook PC drive, it will also be saved on my Android-compatible tablet and smartphone.

I cannot type with my fingers on a smartphone, so this is a great help.

 I am not good at operating a touchpad.

Chrome PC keyboards do not have a DELL key.

I use the search key + backspace key instead.

When entering characters, you cannot reconvert them after confirming them, so I am currently looking for a substitute key.

　フィリピンで使っているセルフォンのメッセージに　あなたは一度にたくさんのデータを送信した　罰則の支払金が発生したので支払う必要がある　というメッセージが入りました。

フィリピンに戻ってから電話を契約しているスマート社のオフィスに行きました。

私の拙い英語で話すより文書を見てもらった方が内容は確実に伝わります。

文書をJPGに変換してセルフォンにセーブし担当者に読んでもらいました。

担当者に　あなたのセルフォンを見せて　と言われました。

私は間の抜けたことにその日は日本用のセルフォンしかもっていませんでした。

担当者にフィリピンのセルフォンの番号を教えると彼はPCを操作した後私に彼のセルフォンの画面を見せてくれました。

その画面には　あなたは不正な操作をしていないので罰金を払う必要はありません　と日本語が表示されていました。

フィリピンで使っているセルフォンをもってもう一度ここに来る必要があるか　と尋ねるとその必要はないと言われました。

無罪放免となりました。

I received a message on my cell phone in the Philippines saying that I had sent too much data at once and needed to pay a penalty.

After returning to the Philippines, I went to the office of Smart, the company with which I have a phone contract.

I found it easier to understand the contents if they looked at the document rather than speaking in my poor English.

I converted the document to JPG format, saved it on my cell phone, and had the person in charge read it.

The person in charge asked me to show him my cell phone.

Foolishly, I only had my cell phone for Japan with me that day.

I gave the person my cell phone number in the Philippines, and after he operated the PC, he showed me the screen of his cell phone.

The screen displayed in Japanese the message "You did not commit any fraudulent operations, so you do not need to pay a fine."

I asked him if I needed to come back here again with the cell phone I used in the Philippines, and he said that there was no need.

　朝食のベーコンは止めました。

こちらで売っている砂糖系の薄いベーコンが嫌になりました。

1ｃｍくらいの薄さの豚肉を塩・塩麴・砂糖少々に漬けこんでから焼いています。

トマトの下には茹でた豆があります。

少し前までこれとご飯一膳かパン一切れ位食べられたんですが今は食べられません。

無理して食べると腹が膨って苦しくなります。

胃拡張が治った訳ではなく脳が　そんなに沢山いらないよ　と言っているようです。

食事の前に果物を食べているので老人の食事の量はこんなものかと思っています。

食事をすると身体が熱くなる度合いが増えました。

 I have stopped having bacon for breakfast.

I have grown to dislike the thin, sugary bacon they sell here.

I now marinate 1 cm-thick pieces of pork in salt, salted koji, and a little sugar before grilling them.

There are boiled beans under the tomatoes.

Until recently, I could eat this with a bowl of rice or a slice of bread, but now I can't.

If I force myself to eat, my stomach gets bloated and I feel uncomfortable.

It's not that my stomach has been cured, but rather that my brain is telling me I don't need so much.

I eat fruit before meals, so I think this is the normal amount of food for an old person.

My body gets hotter when I eat.

出汁。 A broth.

　日本で買ってきた魚粉（鯖・宗田鰹・鰯・鮪）で出汁をとった。

キッチンペーパーで出し殻を漉した。

出し殻の入ったキッチンペーパーを絞ろうとしたら少し破けたので慌てて止めた。

出し殻を植木鉢の肥料にしようと思ったが細かい虫が寄ってくるので止めた。

干し椎茸・昆布を入れようと思ったが今回は見合わせた。

出汁を使うと味噌汁・そばつゆの味が良くなる。

出汁のせいで料理がうまくなったのかと錯覚した。

鰹節粉も買ってきたので暫くは出汁に困らない。

買い忘れた物もある。

糠漬けの糠を買い忘れた。

残りの糠が少しあるので６月末まで間に合うだろう。

　６月末の日本での抜歯の航空券と宿泊の手配もしなければいけない。

ぼやぼやしていると時間に置いてきぼりにされてしまう。

 I made broth using fish powder (mackerel, bonito, sardines, and tuna) that I bought in Japan.

I used kitchen paper to remove the broth shells.

When I tried to squeeze the paper with the broth shells, it ripped a little, so I quickly stopped.

I considered using the broth shells as fertilizer for the flowerpots, but I decided against it because it would attract small insects.

I thought about adding dried shiitake mushrooms and kelp, but decided not to this time.

Using broth improves the taste of miso soup and soba soup.

I had the illusion that the food tasted better because of the broth.

I also bought bonito flakes powder, so I won't have any trouble with broth for a while.

I forgot to buy some other things.

I forgot to buy rice bran for pickled vegetables.

I have some rice bran left over, so I should be able to make it by the end of June.

I also need to make arrangements for an air ticket and accommodation for a tooth extraction in Japan at the end of June.

If I'm not careful, I'll be left behind by the time.

２個目のパインアップルなのでまだうまく皮を剝くことが出来ません。

食べ終わって充分に満足しました。

パイナップルカッターを買おうかなどと気の早い事を考えています。

今まで甘いパインアップルはパイ缶でしか食べたことがありません。

生のパイナップルの甘さと爽やかさに驚きました。

　プロバイダーと200Mbpsの契約をしてから初めて通信速度が100Mbpsを超えました。

この国では電話ではなく現行の速度を示す写真を持って直接担当者に丁寧にお願いする事が交渉を円滑に進める基本のようです。

皆様の通信速度はどの位なのでしょうか。

私は通信速度が30Mbpsあれば何の支障も感じません。

動画のダウンロードも問題ありません。

通信速度が速いのに越したことはないのでこの状態が続くことを祈っております。

長さが丁度よくなったのは身長が縮んだんだね。

まあしょうがない。

　歯科医で治療したときに歯が酸で侵されていると言われました。

それ以来果物を食べた後歯磨きをしています。

歯の琺瑯質もすり減ったのかなあ。

The length and waist of my jeans have shrunk and they look great.

But wait, I know the waist has shrunk and is just right because I've lost weight.

Oh well.

 When I went to the dentist, I was told that my teeth were being eaten away by acid.

Since then, I've been brushing my teeth after eating fruit.

I wonder if the enamel on my teeth has worn down, too.
