一日に何回も水を新芽にスプレーしている。

培養土の上に置いた肥料にカビが生えてきた。

ミミズが籾殻を食べた黒い細かな土が鉢の表面に見える。

米ぬかと魚粉を鉢に混ぜ込んだ効果が目に見えるようになってきた。

土のなかの微生物と小さな生き物をとても尊敬しています。

New shoots of the Adiantum have appeared.

I spray the shoots with water several times a day.

Mould has started growing on the fertilizer I put on top of the potting soil.

The microorganisms in the soil are becoming active.

You can see fine black soil where earthworms have eaten the rice husks on the pot's surface.

The effects of mixing rice bran and fish meal into the soil are becoming apparent.

I have a lot of respect for the microorganisms and small creatures in the soil.

雨が降るとそのスピードは落ちて50Mbps位になるが支障は全くない。

今はLANケーブルを接続することも無くなった。

快適すぎると少し気味が悪い。

　ダイビングを終えて家に帰ってから

洗濯機に水をたくさんためてカメラ入りのハウジングとストロボを沈め塩抜きをします。

(ハウジングの中にカメラを入れないと沈まないのでずーっとこの方法です)

身体を丁寧に石鹸で洗いシャワーであらい流します。

この辺でお腹がすくので何か食べます。

今回は赤インゲンのゼリーと目玉焼きを食べ冷たい炭酸水を飲みました。

さっぱりしたところで昼寝をします。

目が覚めるのは夕方の６時か７時です。

シャワーで汗を流して食事を終えると８時か９時なので歯を磨いて寝ます。

自分でも驚くくらいよく眠れます。

 When I get home after a dive,

I fill the washing machine with lots of water, submerge the camera housing and strobe to remove the salt.

(I submerge the camera inside the housing at the bottom of the washing machine.)

I wash my body carefully with soap and rinse it off in the shower.

I start to get hungry around this time, so I eat something.

This time I had red bean jelly and a fried egg, and drank cold carbonated water.

Once I'm feeling refreshed, I take a nap.

I wake up around 6 or 7 in the evening.

After I wash off my sweat in the shower and finish my meal, it's 8 or 9, so I brush my teeth and go to bed.

I sleep surprisingly well, even to my own surprise.

近況報告。 An update on my health.

　ワクチン禍から数年たってやっと体重が2ｋｇ増えて57ｋｇになりました。

着衣の55ｋｇと裸体の57ｋｇなので本人はにこにこして喜んでいます。

　不定期に起きていたお腹の不調も収まりました。

ここ数ヶ月消化器の異常はありません。

　寒さを感じなくなりました。

夜寝るときにはシーツを１枚体にかけています。

　朝起きると従前のように筋が伸びているのを感じます。

猫の真似をして筋を伸ばしています。

　汗が普通に出るようになりました。

手の甲や手首・首筋・足にには汗がふきだしています。

 Several years have passed since the COVID-19 vaccine disaster, and my cheeks are still sunken; I've gained 2kg to 57kg.

I'm smiling and happy that I weigh 55kg clothed and 57kg naked.

 The occasional gastrointestinal problems have also subsided.

I haven't had any digestive problems in the past few months.

 I no longer feel chills.

I sleep at night with a single sheet over my body.

 When I wake up in the morning, I can feel my muscles stretching as before.

I stretch my muscles by imitating cats.

 I'm sweating normally again.

Sweat is gushing out of the backs of my hands, wrists, neck, legs, back, and chest.

　コロナワクチンの３回目の接種で副作用が出ていた時は寒気がしていたので夜寝るときに布団を２枚かけて寝ていました。

寝汗が酷いので布団カバー５枚とベッドパッド４枚交換しながら使っていました。

　今思えば川を渡って向こう岸に行かなかったのは幸運中の幸運と思っています。

ワクチン接種前のコンディションには届きませんが復調に手ごたえを感じています。

 When I experienced side effects from the third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, I felt chills, so I slept under two futons at night.

Because I sweat a lot while sleeping, I had to change five duvet covers and four bed pads.

 Looking back, I think it was lucky that I didn't cross the river and end up in the other world.

I'm not yet in the same condition as I was before the vaccine, but I feel like I'm making progress in my recovery.

飲酒欲求の強い時には。 When I have a strong desire to drink.

　暑さが一日中続き３時ころシャワーを浴びると飲酒欲求が起きます。

３、４日暑い日が続くと飲酒欲求は強くなります。

そんな時は冷蔵庫で冷えている炭酸水を飲みます。

冷たい炭酸の喉への刺激は冷たいビールを飲んだ時に似ています。

トニックウオーターはアルコールを混ぜるようにできているのでそのままでは甘さが口に残り爽快感がありません。

　大きなグラスに氷をたくさん入れてレモンかカラマンシーをしぼって炭酸を２本飲むと腹が炭酸で膨れて飲酒欲求は収まります。

　サンミゲルのノンアルコールビールを試しましたがおいしくありませんでした。

炭酸水のほうがサンミゲルのノンアルコールビールより喉越しがいいですね。

 

 If the heat continues all day and I take a shower around 3 o'clock, I feel the desire to drink alcohol.

If the hot weather continues for three or four days, my desire to drink strengthens.

At times like that, I drink carbonated water that I've kept chilled in the fridge.

The stinging sensation of cold carbonated water on my throat is similar to that of drinking a cold beer.

Tonic water is made to mix with alcohol, so if I drink it as is, the sweetness remains in my mouth, and I don't feel refreshed.

 

 If I put a lot of ice in a big glass, squeeze in some lemon or calamansi, and drink two cans of soda, the carbonation fills my stomach, and my urge to drink subsides.

 I  tried San Miguel non-alcoholic beer, but it wasn't tasty.

Carbonated water goes down the throat better than San Miguel non-alcoholic beer.

　ラムはレーズン・ドライマンゴー・他のドライフルーツを浸して使い切りました。

リキュールはレモンチェロとコアントロウが残っています。

レモンチェロをケーキにたらすと甘みが少しまして酸味がでます。

コアントロウをケーキにたらすと甘みが濃厚になりアルコールの香りがたちます。

　コーヒーはハワイのコナコーヒーです、これで飲み終わりです。

コロンビアのスプレモはまだ飲んだことがありません。

６月末の日本での歯の治療時に買うつもりです。

　干した小女子とイカ塩辛の値上がりには驚いています。

 I used up all the rum by soaking raisins, dried mangoes, and other dried fruits.

I have some limoncello and Cointreau liqueur left.

Dripping lemoncello on the cake makes it a little sweeter and gives it a sour taste.

Dripping Cointreau on the cake makes it richer in sweetness and brings out the aroma of alcohol.

 The coffee is Kona coffee from Hawaii, and that's all I've finished.

I haven't tried Colombian Supremo yet.

I plan to buy some when I have dental treatment in Japan at the end of June.

 I'm surprised at the rise in price of dried small sand eel and salted squid.

　野菜売り場の店員さんに　このポメロ値札が付いていない　と言いました。

彼はにっこり笑って他のポメロの値札を剥がして私が持っているポメロに張り付けてくれました。

これで２回目です。

こういういい加減なところが好きです。

 I told the clerk in the vegetable section that this pomelo didn't have a price tag.

He smiled, peeled off the price tag from another pomelo, and stuck it on the one I had.

This is the second time this has happened.

I love how Appropriate this country is.

きょうも選挙の投票日なんだ。Today is election voting day as well.

　選挙の投票日は10・11日と思っていました。

１２日に買い物に行くと駐車場は空いていました。

モールの中の酒類は販売禁止になっていたのできょうも投票日である事が解りました。

そのせいでしょうか開いているレジの数の少なく店内は大混雑です。

長い間レジの列に並んでいたので疲れきりました。

いつも思うんですが設置してあるレジの半数しか利用できません。

客を平気で列に並ばせておく無神経な商道徳に腹を立てています。

Alcohol sales were prohibited inside the mall, so I realized that today was also election day.

Maybe because of that, there are only a few open cash registers, and the store is very crowded.

I was exhausted after waiting in line for a long time.

I always think about this, but only half of the cash registers installed are in use.

I am outraged by the insensitive business ethics that make customers stand in line for long periods.

　昼寝をして目を覚ますと首筋が少し痛みました。

前から気になっていた枕の高さを調整しました。

パイプ枕や大きい枕、小さい枕・薄い枕、厚さのある枕を組み合わせて何回も頭をのせて仰向けになったり横向きになったりしてやっと納得のいく高さを見つけました。

今日しなければいけない事を全てこなしたような気がしました。

　今迄パイプ枕を使い続けてきました。

首の骨の形が変わったんでしょうか。

これも初めての体験です。

 My neck was a bit sore when I woke up after my nap.

I adjusted the height of my pillow, which I had been worried about for a while.

I experimented with a mix of pipe pillows, large pillows, small/thin pillows, and thick pillows. I rested my head on them multiple times while lying on my back and side until I discovered a height that felt just right.

I felt I had done all I needed to do for the day.

 I've been using the pipe pillow ever since.

The shape of my neck bones has changed.

This is also a first-time experience for me.

　今年は天気がおかしいですね。

先ず季節風が北から南に明確に切り替わりません。

今まで毎年４月になると晴れた日が続き日本の２倍以上の紫外線が降りそそいでいました。

雨が降るのはスコールの時だけでした。

昨年は気象衛星図を見てもフィリピン島嶼も東側（画面の右が東）には雲が有りませんでした。

此処にも異常気象が見られます。
