40日ぶりに食パンにバターをのせて食べた。
おいしかったの2乗でした。
飽和脂肪酸の固まりと知っていてもおいしいものはおいしい。
こちらに来てからデンマークの発酵バター”ルーパック”とニュージーランドの青草ばかりで育ったグラスドバター”アンカー”を食べている。
両方ともとてもおいしい。
今日は過剰な薬の薬効から解放されたのでそれを祝って食べた。
次にお祝いするものがなくバターを食べる口実がないので困っている。
After 40 days, I finally ate sliced bread with butter again.
It tasted twice as good.
Even though I know it's full of saturated fatty acids, delicious food is still delicious.
Since coming here, I've been eating 'Lupak', a Danish fermented butter, and 'Anchor', a glazed New Zealand butter made from grass-fed cows.
Both are delicious.
Today, I ate them to celebrate being freed from the medicinal effects of excessive medication.
I'm in a bind because I don't have anything else to celebrate or an excuse to eat butter.
