今日まで知らずにベルトを逆に締めていた。 Until today, I had been wearing my belt backwards without knowing it.

　昨日までベルトの締め方を左右逆にして締めていました。

男はベルトの末尾が左で

女性はベルトの末尾が右だそうです。

　男は上着は左が前で

女性は上着が右前になっている事から来ているんですね。

　私は小学校から昨日までベルトの末尾が右に来る締め方をしていました。

親からも友人からもスーツを仕立てたときに洋服屋からも注意されませんでした。

いまベルトを締めるのはスラックスをはく時くらいです。

いやーものを識らないっていうのは恐ろしい事ですね。

そして恥ずかしい事でもあります。

画面のタッチ操作に支障が出てきました。

そろそろ買い替え時かなと思い変更機種を探しました。

　Goole製のピクセルならOSはアンドロイドでアプリは１社です。

でもGoogleは広告が多いから嫌だなと思いました。

　とりあえずいつもお世話になっている修理屋さんに持ってゆきました。

セルフォンの画面の黒い楕円のシミを見てLEDだね、交換できますよ１４００ペソ（日本円で３６００円位）ですと言われました。

もちろんLEDを交換してもらいました。

　このお店のいいところは　修理時間が短い　修理代が安い　セルフォン内の情報が確保できる　事です。

セルフォンを買った店に持ってゆくと　私どもでは直せないのでメーカーに修理に出します　マニラに送るので２週間かかります　修理代は０００００です　直ってもセルフォン内の情報が消えていることがあります　といい事がありません。

　いままでこのお店でセルフォンでは蓄電池の交換と今回のLEDの交換をしました。

タブレットPCは蓄電池を交換してもらっています。

新しセルフォンを買わなくてもよくなりました。

　先日ウエットスーツを作った店とメールのやり取りをしました。

その結果５㎜と６.５㎜のセパレートのウエットスーツを体重が減った分身体を測りなおして作り直してもらうことが決まりました。

今回新しいセルフォンを買わずに済みました。

そのお金で５㎜のシングルのウエットスーツ作るつもりです。

試してみました。 I tried it.

　ラクタイドがあるので乳製品をおいしく食べています。

お腹にガスが溜まりません。

お腹がグルグルすることもありません。

普通に出かけて普通に暮らすことが出来ます。

生理的にも異常はありません。

これは本当にありがたい事です。

　乳製品を食べたときにラクタイドを飲まないとお腹がどんな具合になるのか試してみました。

卵に牛乳を少し入れてチーズオムレツにしました。

食べた量が少ないので危機的な状況にはなりませんでしたがお腹の具合は良くありません。

お腹にガスが溜まりお腹が膨れているような感じがして不快です。

そのガスが体外にでる回数が多くなりました。

排泄物はいつもより柔らかくなりました。

　薬入れに入っている沢山のラクタイド錠を見て一人で喜んでいます。

Thanks to Lactaid, I can enjoy eating dairy products.

I don't get gas in my stomach.

My stomach doesn't rumble either.

I can go out and live a normal life.

I am truly grateful for this.

I tried to see what would happen to my stomach if I didn't take Lactaid when eating dairy products.

I added a little milk to the eggs and made a cheese omelet.

Gas is building up in my stomach and it feels uncomfortable, as if it is bloated.

The gas is leaving my body more frequently.

My No2 is softer than usual.
