コモンシコロサンゴとその周辺、2025/10/11. Star Column Coral and its surroundings, October 11, 2025.

　２本目は砂地の続きにあるコモンシコロサンゴとその周辺をゆっくり楽しみました。

 On my second dive, I took my time to enjoy the Star Column Coral and its surroundings, which were located in the sandy area.

　小物で部屋の雰囲気がガラッと変わります。

レース編みをサイドテーブルから外して洗いました。

それを外したあとは間の抜けた感じがして、洗い終わったものをのせると清潔な感じが蘇りました。

それは母の手編みなのでそばにあるだけで気持ちが落ち着きます。

　女性の皆さん、手芸品の小物や陶芸品を作ってみてはいかがですか。

あなたの家族はあなたの残したものを見るたびにあなたを思い出しますよ。

 Small items can completely change the atmosphere of a room.

I removed the lacework from the side table and washed it.

It looked a bit silly after I removed it, but when I put the washed items on it, it regained its clean look.

It was hand-knitted by my mother, so just having it nearby makes me feel calm.

 Ladies, why not make some handicrafts or pottery?

Your family will remember you every time they see the things you left behind.

　右上の奥歯を抜歯しました。

これで自分の歯が４本なくなりました。

私の歯根は深いので痛みを覚悟していました。

麻酔後痛みを感じずにあっという間に歯が抜けました。

今迄の抜歯の痛みは何・・・という感じです。

３日間化膿止めを飲みます。

歯の措置は歯肉の盛り上がった一月後から始めます。

抜歯した周辺の歯を磨く時は　ゆっくり　柔らかく　と言われました。

 I had my upper right molar extracted at the dentist.
I now have four of my own teeth missing.
My tooth has a deep root, so I was prepared for pain.
After the anesthesia, the tooth fell out in a flash without me feeling any pain.
I feel like what I've experienced from tooth extractions up until now...is a mystery.
I'll be taking anti-inflammatory medication for three days.
Dental treatment will begin one month after the gums have healed.
The dentist advised me to brush the teeth around the extracted tooth slowly and softly.

この国の通販の価格は高いです。Online stores in this country charge high prices.

　こちらの通販にコーヒー豆が出ていたので試しに買ってみました。

日本の通販は通常の価格よりも安いことが多いんですがこの国の通販の価格は高いです。

日本のコーヒー豆販売店の価格の倍位以上しました。

　製造年月日・賞味期限の表示はありませんでした。

これから先は私の推測です。

コーヒー豆を挽いたものに湯を注ぎましたが粉はあまり盛り上がってはくれませんでした。

豆の焙煎がすんでから日数がかなり経っているようです。

これを買うのならフィリピン産の良い豆を買ったほうが良いようです。

　捨てるのは勿体ないので湯の温度を下げて抽出したものを飲んでいます。

そうすると苦みが少なく酸味が多くなります。

I saw some coffee beans listed on this online store, so I decided to give them a try.

Online stores in Japan often offer them at cheaper prices than normal, but the prices in this country are higher.

It was more than double the price at coffee bean stores in Japan.

There was no indication of the manufacturing date or expiration date.

From here on, it's my guess.

I poured hot water over the ground coffee beans, but the powder didn't rise much.

Quite a while has passed since the beans were roasted.

If I'm going to buy these, it would be better to buy good beans from the Philippines.

It would be a shame to throw them away, so I brew them with lower temperature water and drink the result.

This makes them less bitter and more sour.

10/11はドオールの白い砂地で贅沢な時間を過ごした。 On October 11th, I spent a luxurious time on the white sands of Door.

　ギンガメアジとバラクーダのトルネードは好きです。

それよりももっと好きなものがあります。

それはハゼとエビの共生です。

ハゼが見張りをしてエビが巣作りをしているのいるのを見るのが一番好きです。

　今日はドオールの白い細かい砂地でそれをじっくり観察することが出来ました。

一眼レフのファインダーは視力の矯正ができます。

100ｍｍのマクロレンズをとうして彼らにあまり近寄らずに楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

　ハゼとエビの共生を見るのに一生懸命でISO感度・色温度・ピントの調整を忘れてしまいました。

そんな事を忘れてしまうくらい楽しかったんです。

 
 I love the tornadoes of bigeye trevally and barracuda.
But there's something I love even more.
That's the symbiosis between gobies and shrimp.
My favorite thing is watching the shrimp build their nests while the gobies keep watch.

 Today, I was able to observe this closely on Door's fine white sand.
The viewfinder of my SLR corrects my eyesight.
Through my 100mm macro lens, I was able to have a great time without getting too close to the gobies.
I was so focused on watching the symbiosis between gobies and shrimp that I forgot to adjust the ISO sensitivity, color temperature, and focus.
I was having so much fun that I forgot about all that.

　真夜中からおかずを作り朝売っている煮売屋さんはお客さんが絶えません。

今日は娘さんが店を手伝っていました。

だいたい７時をすぎるとおかずは売り切れになります。

　こちらの人は朝が早いですね。

朝飯前という言葉は生きています。

朝６時半なのに草刈りが終わって刈り終わったあお草がいぶっています。

This stew shop starts making side dishes in the middle of the night and sells them in the morning, so there's a constant stream of customers.

Today her daughter was helping out in the shop.

The side dishes usually sell out after 7pm.

People here are early risers.

The phrase "a piece of cake" is not an obsolete expression here.

It's 6:30am, but the grass on the side of the road has already been mowed.

The cut green grass is still smoky.

机の上においておくだけ。 Just leave it on your desk.

　このヨーグルトは室内においておくだけで出来上がります。

普通のヨーグルトは４０℃前後の温度が必要なようですがカスピ海というこの菌株は２７℃前後の温度が適温のようです。

最低気温２４℃前後、最高気温３１℃前後のこの地には適しているようです。

容器は電子レンジ使用可のものを使い７５０Wで３分間消毒しています。

タンパク質の食あたりは怖いです。

 This yogurt will be ready just by leaving it indoors.

Normal yogurt seems to require a temperature of around 40°C, but this Caspian Sea strain seems to thrive at around 27°C.

It seems to be suitable for this area, where the minimum temperature is around 24°C and the maximum temperature is around 31°C.

I use a microwave-safe container and sterilize it at 750W for 3 minutes.

I'm worried about getting food poisoning from the protein.
