　太陽が顔を出すと雲が霧散して青空が現れます。

 The clouds disperse when the sun comes out (the ice crystals turn into water vapor) and the blue sky appears.

 魚屋さんに猫はつきものです。

Cats are always around fish shops.

　ご近所さんの赤ちゃんです。

紫外線に焼かれる前は肌が白いんです。

This is a neighbor's baby. 

Its skin is white before it gets sunburned by ultraviolet rays.
