胸部エコーとトレッドミル検査の報告です。 This is a report on the chest ultrasound and treadmill test results.

　胸部エコーに異常はありませんでした。

トレッドミル検査で不整脈は出ませんでした。

ALT・肝機能は１６でした。

HDL  56.3、LDL 124 でした。

その他の腎臓・前立腺・糖尿病などの検査値は正常です。

禁酒９ヶ月の体の自浄効果に驚いています。

　アピキサバン・抗血液凝固剤は飲み続けなければいけません。

脳梗塞を起こして後遺症がなく、陸上で普通に生活できることに感謝しています。

　ダイビングは１５００本を目前にして中止です。

その理由は

１、抗血液凝固剤を飲んでいるので出血が止まらなくなることです。

　１A、耳抜き時に鼓膜や副鼻腔から出血すると止まらなくなります。

　２A、傷からの血が止まらなくなります。

２、水圧と水温で、水深１８メートルで心臓の負担は２０～３０％増えるようです。

３、血液が濃くなります。

　３A、静脈還流が起きます。

　３B、呼吸からの脱水。

　３C、自覚のない発汗。

４、水上では出血を起こした場合、搬出路が確保できません。

　浮き輪をつけたシュノーケリングをして白い砂の島へ行ってみます。

楽しみながら今後のことは考えます。

 The chest ultrasound showed no abnormalities.
No arrhythmias were detected during the treadmill test.
ALT function was 16.
HDL was 56.3, and LDL was 124.
Other test values, including kidney, prostate, and diabetes, were normal.
I am amazed by the self-cleaning effect of my body after 9 months of abstinence from alcohol.

 I must continue taking apixaban.
I am grateful that I had a stroke but have no lasting effects and can live a normal life on land.

 I'm stopping my diving trip just before reaching 1500 dives.
The reasons are:
1. I'm taking anticoagulants, which makes it difficult to stop bleeding.
 1A. Bleeding from the eardrum or sinuses during ear equalization will not stop.
 2A. Bleeding from wounds will not stop.
2. Due to water pressure and temperature, the strain on the heart increases by 20-30% at a depth of 18 meters.
3. My blood will thicken.
 3A. Venous return will occur.
 3B. Dehydration from breathing.
 ３C. Unconscious sweating.
4. If bleeding occurs on the surface, an emergency evacuation route cannot be secured.

 I'll put on a lifebuoy and go snorkeling.
I'll try going to a white sand island.

Going to Taiwan and eating Din Tai Fung's xiao long bao would be a great idea.
I'll think about what to do next while enjoying myself.
