　ボホールでも夜明け前シーツ１枚では寒いことがあります。

晴れた日の夜明け前に起こります。

放射冷却のせいでしょう。

　そんな時に夏掛け布団があるとたすかります。

寝ぼけた頭で寒いと感じて夏掛けに潜り込むと布団のなかは快適で二度寝してしまいます。

６時ころ目を覚ましてあたたまった手足を布団のそとの冷えた外気にあててストレッチをするといい気持ちです。

　快適なのComfortableや布団のComforterはComfortの派生語はではないか、と思いながらシーツと枕カバーを外しマットレスと布団に扇風機の風を送りました。

その風で表の布に皺がよると風が湿気を運び出しているような気がしました。

腹が減ったので寝室を出て台所にゆきました。

I thought that "Comfortable" (comfortable) and "Comforter" (futon) might be derivatives of "Comfort."

I removed the sheets and pillowcases and blew a fan over the mattress and futon.
The wind caused the outer fabric to wrinkle, and it felt as if the air were carrying away the moisture.
I was hungry, so I left the bedroom and went to the kitchen.
