HBで焼いたので硬い土台はありません。

レモンは１個絞りました。

　コーヒーにも紅茶にも緑茶にもあいます。

おやつにはこのくらいの大きさがいいですね。

　チーズケーキにプレーンヨーグルトとココアシロップをかけすぎました。

ココアシロップの味が強すぎてチ－ズケーキの味がわからなくなりました。

過ぎたるは猶及ばざるが如しです。

左下の奥歯を変えたときに歯に物が挟まらまくなりました。

それまでは３か所に物が挟まり食後にフロスや糸ブラシで面倒な掃除をしていました。

米が水道水を吸って苦くなります。

飲料水を使って米をとぐと甘みのあるご飯が炊きあがります。

10ガロン入りの飲料水のタンクの水を1/4ほど使います。

10ガロンは約３７．８kgですからおおよそ１０リットルの水で米をとぐことになります。

Chromebookの有効利用。I decided to make good use of my Chromebook.

　心臓の先生がスマホの翻訳を使って丁寧な説明をしてくれました。

その説明はありがたく私の心に沁み入りました。

それを真似てChromebookを英訳と和訳を２つのタブに分けて表示できるようにしました。

心臓の検査技師・担当医・心臓の担当ともう少し複雑な話ができそうです。

 My cardiologist gave me a detailed explanation using the translation function on her smartphone.
I was grateful for her explanation, and it really touched my heart.
I followed her example and set up translation on my Chromebook.
I set it up so that the English and Japanese translations can be displayed in two separate tabs.
Using this, I think I'll be able to have more complex conversations with my cardiac technologist, my doctor, and the cardiologist in charge.

　今月も高額な通話料の請求がドコモからクレジット会社に来た。

マイドコモにログインしてもロックされていてログインできない。

仕方がないので電話でそのむねを相談した。

最初のオババは投げやりで他所への転送を勧めてきた。

彼女と話しても埒があかないので電話を転送して他の女性と話した。

１．可能な範囲で減額してくれること

２．電話回線を使用できなくすることを約してくれた

　久しぶりに少しの間真剣に考えた。

A、ドコモへの支払いはすでに２０万円に達している、新しいスマホが変える額だ

B、次月も請求額が正常になる保証はない

C、ドコモとの通話を打ち切ることにした

D、SIMカードをスマホ本体から出そうとしたが出てこない

E、取り出し口を壊しSIMカードを取り出した本体のスイッチをOFFにした

F、こうすればスマホ本体もSIMカードも作動しないので料金が発生しないだろう

G、誤作動かもしれないし故意かもしれない

H、その事を考えて念の為パスワードを強固に変更した

I、　来年ドコモショップへいってこの先どうするか決める事にした

　心臓で心房細動という不整脈が起きているので血栓ができないようにする薬を飲んでいます。

脳梗塞が軽く回復が早く幸運でした。

エビだしも貝のだしも昆布だしととても相性がいい。

　近所のネコさんはエビの焼けたにおいにつられてゴミを焼いている焚火のそばに座っていた。

この猫のためにもエビの焼け残りが少し出ますように・・・

両方ともとてもおいしい。

　今日は過剰な薬の薬効から解放されたのでそれを祝って食べた。

次にお祝いするものがなくバターを食べる口実がないので困っている。

　今年の雨季は雨が本当によく降ります。

水浴びに来る人達のなかには自前の音響機器を持ってくる人も増えてきました。

カラオケ船と比べれば低い音量で歌を歌っています。

　面白いのは彼らは海辺に自分の家で使っている鍋釜・食器を持ち込んで物を食べていることです。

ご飯をおにぎりにする・おかず・汁物を別な小さな容器に詰めなおす発想はないようです。

帰りは持ってきた鍋釜・食器・音響機器をひとまとめにして運んでいます。

薬害だな　とおもい処方された３種類の服用量を調べました。

1回2.5mg・1日2回投与なので適量です。

なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減するが、重症の場合は1日20mgまで増量できる。

　80mg1日1回処方されていたので10mg1日1回に減らしました。

1日2000ｍｇを2回に分けて服用していたので・1日500 mgを2回に分けて服用に減らしました。

　薬を減らしてから２日後に下痢は止まり背中の強張り手指と下肢の攣る症状はなくなりました。

薬でやられた胃は良くなりません。

　昨日今日と続けて二日間採血に行きました。

昨日は朝食を食べているからダメと断られました。

その時に採血の前日は午後１０時以降は物を食べないようにいわれました。

　昨夜は午後６時過ぎに夕食をとりました。

今日は前日の夕食後から時間が経ちすぎているからダメとまた断られました。

食後何時間なら検査を受けられるのか教えて下さいと頼みました。

イントネーションのおかしい日本人の検査技師も来て私の質問を聞いてくれました。

私は彼女たちの言っていることが理解できませんでした。

食後１０時間　と決まるまで３０分ほど時間がかかりました。

待っている人に　遅くなってごめんなさい　と謝ると　いいんですよ　と笑ってくれたのが救いでした。

英語力がないのは悲しいですね・・・

I apologised to those waiting, "I am sorry to keep you waiting." They laughed and said it was OK.

Those words and that smile were a lifesaver for me.

　今服用している薬は今まで服用してきたものとは全く別種の薬だ。

悪心はするし胃がやられた。

夜間の睡眠を妨げる副作用もあるようだ。

３っ日前に引いた鼻風邪が長引いているのでよけい堪える。

　アレルギー症状の出ない快適な生活を送ってきた身にはとてもつらい。

今まで苦諦の生・老・病・死とは縁のない生活おくってきた。

今は　老・病　の辛さを実感している。

私の前に登録した２人がいなかったので早く終わりました。
